Yup it is! The doc said it would be and she couldn’t have been more right. When jan chuckles…. OOOOH my God! It just brings me tears. It feels so good to hear her rare precious moments of baby laughter. Its like she cant help it…. so so lovely….

With her 7 month mile stone rapid changes have taken place in her physical and mental development. With the house bare in the mornings Jannah is learning to keep company with her toys…. Strangers are still very interesting and amusing to her. Kids especially are among her favourite and she gets a good dose of them during Friday prayers. She does not like her rice cereal and baby food. Prefers her unga and that’s all she wants to wake up or fall asleep. She is getting bouncier and more mobile and sits on her own although needs help to get up again after falling. Yeah falling happens and shes got quite used to it that she doesn’t even cry. Her car drives are now mostly with her at the back alone cos the mother needs 30 hours of driving experience to get her license. She seems to be managing pretty well on her own but when she falls asleep someone needs to be there to hold her head up…

Talking about her head…. Last Saturday we had a ceremonial 2^nd very short trim by the dad. Yeah shaven would be a better word. She looks different and more like a baby now. Not as cute as before though. Well the long eyelashes and big ears stand out much more clear and of course the smile is always there to brighten up the little face.
