'Time in' better than 'time out'?

This year my focus is family first. Being a woman who is running several business while working part-time, parenting presents its own challenges. Everyone has a different opinion. When it comes to parenting, we often learn by trial and error but I'm not sure we have time for that because before we know it, the childhood of our children will come to an abrupt end.
