Another birth story 16months late

Haroon is 16 months today and it is probably too late for a birth story but I am going to write nevertheless.
With the second, you always feel more experienced and like you know what to expect but boy, was I so wrong. For Jannah I had a water break and five hours later I had a baby! For Haroon when I went to bed at night I had this funny weird pain on the right side of my belly but I slept well with it. I even did a half a day of regular chores.
The sad thing for me was that my husband was out of state and sceduled to be back on Friday but Haroon made an appearance on Thursday night. And despit Dh rescheduling and flying back on urgent request he still missed the birth and I remeber crying as there was no one to even cut his umbilical cord. When I think back now I wonder why I didn't do it myself. My parents were with me but mama was scared and they both had to watch Jannah in the hospital lobby for me. My best friend hopped out to get food just the minute he was born but she was with me right through the labour and stitching. She drove me to the hospital and we walked in together to get admitted. Her biriyani that night, the first meal I had after birth was just too delicious for words. Haroon was very fair and beautiful and 7.2lbs. Jannah weighed 6.11. Although I felt like I was exploding with pain and I was tearing right through it was over quickly and I felt it was so totaly worth it. His eyes were closed unlike Jannah who kept staring at me. He must have been very thirsty after the birth because he didn't let go off me for a good 45 minutes.
So do I want to do it again? I dont know, may be, may be not! (Its actually the extreme nausia that I cannot put up with) I LOVE kids. If it was easier I'd have one every year until I have six or even ten!
