one month old

It's a been a little quiet. All the fuss about the birth is slowly subsiding. Jan is doing good. she is growing rapidly. wonderful to see that. wakes up about 2 to 3 times every night. she is very punctual about her two hour intervals between meals. loves to travel in her car seat in which she's mostly asleep. loves the bath. loves to stare at our faces. smiles her rare precious smile. plays with her pillows. kicks and boxes. loves to sleep with mum and dad in their bed rather than in the crib. knows and loves the mum, uncle and grandma very much. responds to talking. tries to make sounds. looks at colours but doesn't try to grab them. sleeps in awkward positions. loves to be carried upright. loves walking around with us.
